Sheila Farr was bitten in the face, arm and leg shortly before 6 a.m. as she handed the phone to her stepdaughter, Janice. “I pulled him off of her three times and she started hollering,” said a distraught Janice Farr. “The more she hollered, the more he went on her.” The 100-pound pit bull and chow mix named Monk was very protective of the family, she said.
