A man is starting a four-month jail sentence for owning dangerous dogs in Oxford. Christopher Smith, 30, from Aldbarton Drive, Barton let his two dogs out onto the street without collars or leads. They attacked three people – who all had to go to hospital. One of the victims needed two operations, including skin grafts and plastic surgery following the attack.
